Sigmund Freud.

Over the last week I have been reading about Freud but more specifically about his interception of dreams.
Freud was a revolutionary thinker and he was the first to suggest the existence of the unconscious mind. The fact that we bury our problems our bitter memories deep within it so we don't have to face our demons.
Freud named the unconscious the real you, he went on to state that the unconscious mind was driven by the subconscious and that by comforting our problems we could ultimately cure them.
He believed in turn that dreams were more than a mere jumble of the mind that they had meaning that could be interpreted via psycho analysis.
