Lucid Presentation.

This is a short presentatio I have put together I will personally deliver this information to my audience. I will speak to small groups that have filled in a previous questionnaire.

Dream Journal: After I have given the information I will follow this up by giveing each participant a small dream journal to record there dreams after this point and see if my presentation had any impact on them.

Dream Questionnaire.

I have put together a dream questionnaire to find out what people dream about and how they represent there dreams. This questionnaire also has another purpose to firmly plant the idea of dreams in the front of the individuals mind. The questions are also structured to give the reader a grater understanding of their dreams. I will then reinforce there enhanced awareness and further reinstate this in there mind by doing another test later on. On the back of this I will give each participant a dream journal. Hopefully this will improve the vividness of their dreams, dream recall and possibly induce lucid dreams,
